Anthony Hatzimoysis, Chair of the Department of History and Philosophy of Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, is a Professor of Contemporary Philosophy and a regular Visiting Professor at Pepperdine University. He has held academic positions at University College London (UCL), the University of Manchester, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the École des hautes études en sciences sociales, and he is a co-founder of the European Philosophical Society for the Study of Emotions. His work includes studies on the philosophy of emotions, self-knowledge and existentialism.
